Cherry Hill residents are facing an ongoing issue involving short term, under 30 days, rentals.  The issue was brought to light back in 2019 with the Muhammad Ali house.  Currently, the Cherry Hill Estates neighborhood, among others,  is facing this same issue.  We have a home being advertised on several platforms, including Airbnb and Instagram, as a party venue.  This home has never been occupied by the owner and was designed specifically for hosting events.  It advertises the home as a venue for single day events such as bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and patio/pool parties. The traffic that this type of venue draws is a concern for our quiet residential neighborhood. We are aware that this is a town wide issue which is why we are asking everyone to work together to get this ordinance passed.
