This not only fosters an environment of uncertainty but also poses serious risks to vulnerable individuals, notably women and children, who may be pressured into accepting these court's decisions that are not legally binding under UK law.
Consider this: Sharia councils have been criticized for outcomes that may contravene principles of gender equality, a cornerstone of British society.
