Scalping is a problem that effects many people it makes it hard to get new and in demand products. We must stand together against this unfair market practice if we don't everything in limited supply and high demand will be scalped through the roof. What would happen if they start scalping necessities? This is entirely possible because it will be harder to find these necessities because there's less people working in the factory's because they've found scalping's easier the result is everything becomes at least 2x more expensive if not more. If we don't act now this could very well become the case in the near future. I think such a ban should work by preventing the sale of all goods for more then 10% over MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) unless and until they've been discontinued by the manufacturer for at least a year and are no longer current this should put a stop to scalping while still keeping the collectors market intact I call this: "The Fair Market Act". Let's put an end to scalping now before everything is affected by it.
