Ban Savannah Sawyer from Beechwood High School

Ban Savannah Sawyer from Beechwood High School
The Issue
Savannah Sawyer has created an uncomfortable and potentially harmful environment at Beechwood High School. Her behavior has raised numerous concerns among students and parents alike, and action is urgently needed to safeguard our school community. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that our schools are safe, welcoming, and respectful places for all students to learn and grow.
The situation began when I personally experienced her unsettling conduct, and it has become increasingly clear to many in Fort Mitchell, KY, that her actions do not align with the values of our community. Her presence at Beechwood High School has been marked by actions and attitudes that are both inappropriate and disruptive to the educational environment.
Students have the right to attend school without fear of bullying, harassment, or intimidation. Allowing Savannah to remain at Beechwood undermines this fundamental right and jeopardizes the well-being of our school community. Removing her from Beechwood High and returning her to Walton would be a critical step in promoting a positive and safe learning environment for everyone.
Recent reports and personal testimonies from numerous students indicate that her actions have repeatedly crossed the line of acceptability. It is not enough to simply hope for change; decisive action must be taken to protect the dignity and safety of all students at Beechwood High.
Please consider the well-being of our students and the integrity of our educational environment by supporting this petition. Signing this document will demonstrate a united front and our commitment to fostering a secure and respectful school community. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that Beechwood High School remains a place where everyone can learn without fear or discomfort. By banning Savannah Sawyer from Beechwood, we take a strong stand against behavior that threatens the safety and comfort of our students.
