    My Arm & hand was injured on broken merchandise from Ross that fell on my arm.  Ross uses Sedgwick claims to tell injured customers, “well we look at the harm Ross caused but we don’t actually pay the medical bills”.   ROSS DEPARTMENT STORE is endangering customers and you!  They carry dangerous products that could slit your arm or hand open or could cut a child’s face or much worse. 

 Ross knowingly sold clothes for kids for over 1,000 days, after they were told the clothes could cause death or strangle a child.  Ross kept selling dangerous clothes for children until they were penalized with a huge fine.
