Subject: Request for Permanent Ban of Project Constitution for Repeated Violations of Platform Rules and Harm to Users

     We, the undersigned users and concerned members of the X community, respectfully petition X to permanently ban the account Project Constitution/@projectconstitu due to a pattern of serious misconduct that violates X’s rules on harassment, doxing, misinformation, and platform abuse.

This individual has engaged in the following behaviors:

•  Deliberate and repeated falsehoods: Willfully spreading lies and fabricated information for personal amusement or gain, undermining trust on the platform and misleading users.

•  Endangering innocent people: Publishing content that places ordinary individuals at risk of harm, including incitement or exposure to real-world threats.

•  Doxing of innocents: Revealing private personal information of non-public figures without consent, exposing them to harassment, stalking, or safety risks.

•  Creation and amplification of flagrant lies: Systematically crafting and promoting false narratives designed to damage reputations or sow division.

•  Blackmail and coercion: Using platform influence to threaten or blackmail a company CEO, crossing into extortionate behavior.

•  Gangstalking and coordinated harassment: Participating in or orchestrating campaigns of targeted, persistent harassment against individuals.

•  Monetization of deception: Profiting financially from the lies and harmful content created, incentivizing further abuse of the platform.

These actions not only breach X’s policies against abuse, harassment, doxing, and platform manipulation, but also create a hostile environment that discourages open discourse and puts real people in danger. X has a responsibility to protect its users from accounts that weaponize the platform in this manner.

We urge X to conduct a thorough review of Project Constitution’s activity and impose a permanent ban to safeguard the community, uphold platform integrity, and deter similar behavior by others.
