I believe pornography should be completely banned from the UK it adds unrealistic expectations for people and also primarily objectifies women, pornography promotes abuse towards women and also men however as the main viewership is men its more one sided ( with the abuse ) of women. As pornography is introduced at sometimes the age of 11 it can greatly affect the minds of young people and as said earlier promotes abuse, it also greatly affects the mind overtime as it removes sexual drive and ( not scientifically proven however there is strong evidence ) that it can cause PIED ( porn induced erectile dysfunction ) which greatly effects confidence and could possibly cause people to harm themselves.

Whats at stake?

Peoples childhoods are at stake due to porn, peoples manhood is at stake and yes as unlikely as it may be some peoples lives are at stake, we claim we want abuse on people to stop well lets start by cutting the roots to that issue. Peoples relationships are at stake because of this, literal marriages relationships and friendships that fall apart, this is a real issue within our society men are becoming weak, the loneliness epidemic is becoming even  larger and this all stems because of porn and yet nothing has really been done about it and i generally think its pathetic. 

Why is now the time to act? 

Now is the time to act because of the amount of people who are addicted to porn, why should we sit back and watch as our society slowly falls apart because of 5 minutes of pleasure, i honestly cant stress enough on how terrible pornography just is, its terrible for your brain which will inevitably effect everyone around you, it can cause depression, anxiety and various other issues, GET RID OF IT WHILE WE HAVE THE CHANCE IT IS MAKING US WEAKER and im not just saying ban the harmful porn im saying ban it all.
