Living through decades of harm and abuse through the USE of a single word, we wish to call for an immediate END to the usage of the 'B' and N words as a form of assault. Witnessing the continuous emotional wreckage it has been causing, we propose to ban its offensive use completely.  The word insights emotional trauma, with physical altercations to occur, that could end with fatal circumstances.    It Must be BANNED within our Schools, FIRST!!  

The Mental Health Foundation corroborates that verbal abuse can cause significant psychological problems, including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and anxiety (Mental Health Foundation, U.K., Annual Stats, 2019). The 'B' word in question, ranking high amongst language misuse, has been identified as a key factor contributing to this unhealthy state.

The emotional harm caused by this word reaches deeper than one could imagine, causing intense and prolonged distress. It's our belief that the psychological wellbeing of our society can improve dramatically without the use of this word and all derrogotary words not be allowed within our schools. 

A collective voice can create change. Let's put an end to the use of these words, with ZERO tolerance within our schools. WE MUST strive for a society that treasures respect and emotional well-being.
