Nicole State, aka Nicole Delaney Sarrazin has been a scammer for years and years. It's time she faces the consequences for her actions! Here are just a few of the bad situations she has been involved in over the years: 

 

Ebay postage scam, sent priority items First class and then blamed it on an assistant. She has denied these are the reasons she no longer sells on eBay, but they are.

States Crates, (actually an article written about her on Forbes, you can Google States Crates) they went TERRIBLY, people claiming dirty, stained, smelly items. Someone on instagram said she filed bankruptcy on this business.

Comes to Poshmark and sells a Patreon Course and then fails to upload information in a timely matter, if I remember correctly. (I did the math on her first month, it came out to $40k the first month of being live)

Has attacked numerous people and or pitted them against each other. Some of those individuals have had to seek professional help for the trauma Nicole has caused them.

 

The Myrch. Joined with an unknown group of people  and sold reseller boxes that would "2-3xs" your money, however most people received boxes that they would only break even on if they sold everything on the high end. Resellers, especially newer resellers said they felt taken advantage of. Uploaded an "apology" video on YouTube but then ended up deleting it. 

 

She hired someone to list for her and never paid them. Sold items on Whatnot and never sent them out or sent out damaged and stained (blood stained crotch). She owes a hefty amount of money to the business she used to rent a booth at. 

 

Whatnot charity scam. She had a live where she raised over $3,000 for a charity. A month went by and she had not sent the money to charity. She said that she sent two checks in the mail and they both of them got lost. She was called out publicly for it and right after the video was uploaded, the money was sent. 

 

She had made several racist comments on Instagram. She shill bids on Whatnot. She has gotten obnoxiously drunk while live on Whatnot and bullied many people in her chat. The list goes on and one. And surely there are things she has done that will never come to light because her victims are terrified of her.

 

Whatnot needs to do the right thing and ban her. She does not deserve to be in the public light. Please sign this petition if you agree!
