My name is Amos . I am a Nigerian. I applied for a diploma in Business Programme with Malaysian Consortium for Education Mauritius on the 26th June 2023 and got an admission on the 27th of June 2023 with a conditional offer. I paid an installmental school fees of $500.00 on the 2nd of July 2023. I also paid for rent 7th July 2023. I paid 3500 Mauritius Rupees. I shipped my documents through DHL on the 15th July 2023 with the expectation of study visa. I did all these process without knowing that the school has alot of pending applications with the Immigration since January 2023. The school has been collecting fees from applicants and giving them hope for visa. I have done my research about the school and noticed that they dont operate. The school is been operated for scam purposes. I have not received my visa and the school is not willing to make refunds. I sent email to the Higher Education Commission, but they didnt reply. Alot of persons has made complaint that they did not get a visa and no refund has been made. 

So i want the world to know that the school collects money from vulnerable applicants knowing fully well that their immigration will not issue visa.

They are scamming people and their Higher Education commission is fully aware of this.

I have pictures evidence of all the procedures i went through. The Admission Officer of the institution is known as Mr Ishfaaq Ali Peerbye

I had direct dealings with him. I wasnt scammed through an agent. All my documents and the dhl tracking number are available. I have a photograph of him the day he received the deposit i paid and the receipt he issued. I have all proof against him. 

He contracts people to lure applicants into applying for study and receives the fees, Then block the applicant when the applicants suspects that there is no visa.

He was persistent of the $500 deposit as part of the fees after he offered me the admission. He was so interested in the fee. He has blocked me on all channels just because he doesnt want to refund my money.

I want the school to refund my money because i am no longer comfortable and no more interested. There is no single Mauritian studying in that school. Why hasnt their government queried their activities?

I want this notice to get to HEC, UNESCO, PIO, INTERPOL and all relevant Authorities until action is taken.

I want the school to be investigated thoroughly and be Banned.
