I am a student in one of the CCISD middle schools.  The only math website we are able to use to help us is Mathia, however in my opinion, it doesn't help much at all.  Most of us students, including myself, like to hit the hint button until we get the answer.  That doesn't teach us at all, and even though it may be our faults for hitting the hint button, the button is just there, staring at us, waiting for us to ask for its help.  I think CCISD schools should re-continue using IXL for math and other various subjects.   Not only does it give us practice, but if we get an answer wrong, it tells us why and how to fix it.  It also gives us optional lessons in case we don't have an idea of what we are doing.  So please, people of Corpus Christi, sign this petition in order to help these children's education.
