Ban Loud Speakers in Public places Be it Temple, Mosque or Church in India

Ban Loud Speakers in Public places Be it Temple, Mosque or Church in India
The Issue
Dear Supreme Court of India & Honorable PM
We are living in a place where country is already polluted in whatever means it can get polluted...water, air, noise , garbage, sad to say even minds of few political leaders, corrupt govt employees everything is polluted.
I live in a place where 3 schools 2 hospitals and many old age homes are located where Azaan calls every day 5 times all 365 Days! disturbing people (PS: not opposing Azan but using Loudspeakers to call people during Azan) Personally I'm disturbed by loudspeakers and can imagine what our school Kids, Old People and Patients are undergoing everyday!
Now the concern is 'Noise pollution' created by all religious places, festivals and Azaan everyday.
Demand 1: If government respects feelings of Old Age People, Innocent Kids and Sick People it should increase"Silent Zone" from 100 mtrs to 1KM surrounding All Hospitals, Schools and No Loudspeakers strictly!
Update the Noise Pollution Norms : Update Public Address System code of practice for controlling noise from sources like Azaan, Temple & all religious places & Marriage Halls (strictly implement the same!)
Demand 2: Ban manufacturing/selling and using of Loudspeakers considering the damage to the society and Health Hazards
Demand 3: If you could ban old notes why cant you ban crackers! its sick pseudo enjoyment to celebrate festival with big noise and smokes! creating health hazards, vision loss and disturbance to sensitive people every year
Irrespective of religion BAN loudspeakers from everywhere. i.e. From All Mosques, All Marriage Halls, Temples, Churches, our demand is to ban all form of Noise making instruments be it horns, loudspeakers, bigger machines etc which disturb people on regular basis.
Why? because nearby Schools, Hospitals and elderly people suffers big time due to Azaan calls 5 times a day!, Sunday to Monday, Ganesha Mandals, Navratri Jagarans all the time even God can not have peace!.
There may be Supreme Court ruling or law prohibiting loud noise but who cares?!!! enforcement should be serious in every level...we need peaceful sleep!, for someone else prayer call why I should get up at 5 AM in the morning?
Azaan is really disturbing all age group why should 6 month old baby or 90 year old my grandmother should wake up in the morning 5 AM even if they are not well and need some rest? it is forced religion violation of my fundamental rights given by constitution of India (Right against Exploitation Articles 23–24 Forced Labour = Forced Religon )
For Azaan calls why someone need to remind you to pray if its 5 times do it on your own! Loudspeaker is Haram as No Loudspeakers invented during Mohammed time or Navratri ocasions
PS: Photo indicating loudspeaker ban is not to oppose Muslim community but to highlight the major disturbance caused by Azaan and hate speech in loudspeakers creates communal tensions I strongly believe that Muslim has equal rights to pray and practice Azan but what I oppose is using Loudspeakers to call people in Azan, logic is very simple in purest form of Islam during Mohammed era no electricity or Loudspeakers used that means it is possible to perform Azan without Loudspeakers and same logic for other religions as well during Ganesha Pendals no need to use loudspeakers and disturb everyone whole night or day
Many mosques, in violation of the Noise Pollution (Control and Regulation) Rules, 2000 have used loudspeakers much above the permissible decibel levels (50dB during day and 40 dB at night for silence zone and 55 dB during day and 45dB at night for residential area). "Azaan is mandatory to namaz, not the use of loudspeakers.
Please give us some peace....Pollution Control Board please do your work and Ban loud speakers considering the seriousness of Noise Pollution.
Dear Prime Minister can we expect revolutionary "Silent Zone" announcement 1KM surrounding Schools, Hospitals and Old Age homes by banning all Noise Making Loudspeakers, Horns and other noises especially by religious places during Azan or bhajans?
