After having firsthand experience with Kevin Turner's disturbing online behaviour, I am taking a stand against his continued access to social media. Despite a concerning history involving minors and evidence suggesting his potential dangerousness for women and children, Turner, a 41-year-old man, continues to present a threat online. There are allegations not only of him exhibiting predatory behaviour towards a 14 and 15-year-old but also of offering to wait until the latter reaches her sixteenth birthday to maintain some semblance of legality. This alarming behaviour occurred after his relocation from Derby to Skegness due to near-misses with sting groups meant to curb such behaviour.

With this dangerous precedent, it becomes crucial to stress that accordiing to the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC), one in twenty children in the UK were sexually abused in 2020. Permitting individuals like Turner to maintain a social media presence does nothing but heighten the risk of such statistics.

Removal of individuals such as Kevin Turner from social media platforms will aid in creating a safer environment for our children and vulnerable women. Therefore, we cannot underestimate the importance of removing such people from social platforms where they can continually harm or manipulate others.

Let us stand for the safety of our children, and demand that Kevin Turner's access to social media be restricted immediately, setting a precedent against such horrifying behaviour. Please sign this petition now.
