Ban IREADY

Ban IREADY
The Issue
My personal struggle with IReady has led me to this point. As a student, my focus is easily lost and my grades suffer due to the length and difficulty of the tasks assigned on this platform. This is not an isolated issue, but one that affects many students across various educational institutions.
IReady, while marketed as a tool for enhancing learning, often results in frustration and academic failure for students like myself who struggle with maintaining focus over extended periods. The National Center for Learning Disabilities reports that 1 in 5 children have learning and attention issues such as ADHD which could be exacerbated by platforms like IReady (National Center for Learning Disabilities).
Moreover, research from Stanford University suggests that long hours of online learning can lead to cognitive overload, reducing the ability to retain information (Stanford University). Given these facts, it's clear that alternatives need to be considered.
By signing this petition you are supporting countless students who are struggling due to the use of IReady. Let's advocate for more inclusive educational tools that cater to all types of learners. Please sign this petition today!
