On October 21st, 2013 Kirby LaFromboise murdered his 11 month old son Kaidynce Small, along with his girlfriend at the time Cecelia Gardipee on the Rocky Boy Indian reservation in Montana. Since Kaidynce’s death, Kirby and Cecilia both plead guilty to serious bodily injury along with second degree murder. However the second degree murder charges were later dropped because there was no initial crime scene investigation done, it would’ve brought forth key evidence that proved who caused the death of Kaidynce. Kirby and Cecelia were released from prison in October of 2023, after serving 11 years in prison. One month for each month Kaidynce lived on this earth for. No time is enough for killing a innocent defenseless baby. Please join my aunt Jasmine Small in urging the Chippewa-Cree tribe to ban Kaidynce’s killers from the reservation, as the killers cannot be tried again due to double-jeopardy.
