Currently there are no laws in Massachusetts against forced sterilization. This is a huge issue in many places for people with disabilities and people of color. Though Massachusetts may not have such a bad history of forced sterilization compared to other states, this is still an issue that needs to be handled. The ability to have children is a human right. It's important to protect this right which is why we are making this petition. Please sign this if you are in support of banning forced sterilization for Massachusetts. 

We are hoping that this petition will make this issue aware to Massachusetts legislature. If we can succeed we may be able to have laws or policies set up to help prevent forced sterilization in Massachusetts.
