Just like people, every dog is different. Their behavior depends much on how their owner trains them and what they've experienced as a puppy. A lot of breeds get labeled as "aggressive" due to many people using them for fighting and security dogs or just because theyre big.

is it fair to prevent someone from moving into an apartment with their pit bull? What if all you needed was a behavior certificate to prove that your dog is trained? Tell congress to ban rental properties from discriminating against any dog breed.

I've met Rottweilers that were so sweet. I've also seen toy breeds that want to take my favceoff. 

There are thousands of 'aggressive breeds' in shelters that may stay inside of a cage for years. Can you imagine being in a jail cell? It's the worst. Dogs are social animals, they crave a best friend to free them from dog prison. But it's hard to do that when your Iandlord limits what type of dog you can have inside of YOUR apartment.
