We, the undersigned, would like to propose that town council create an initiative to investigate more humane methods of population control for deer within the community of St. Andrews, NB.

Presently, crossbow hunting is the method of controlling the local deer population and we feel it is inhumane and also presents a safety issue to the community as well as potentially a negative impact on tourism in the region.
