Ban crashing on the Don Holt Bridge weekdays 3-5PM

Ban crashing on the Don Holt Bridge weekdays 3-5PM

The Issue

Thousands of drivers attempt to cross the Don Holt Bridge as part of their commute every day from 3-5PM, but frequent crashes and rubbernecking result in delays of up to an hour. This creates incredible delays for citizens of Charleston that could be wholly avoided by banning crashes.

Without immediate action, thousands of innocent people will face inconvenient delays each day. People like you and I will be unable to go home to their loved ones in a reasonable amount of time, and the general mental health of the city will decline.

Now is the time to act. With increased return to office policies pushing more people back on the roads, we can tolerate crashes no longer.
