I am a student at Oregon City High School and I am tired of seeing teachers assigning work that requires use of AI, students letting AI do school work for them, and seeing AI images around the school. This is something that impacts everyone, because the environmental costs are just not worth it.  Generative AI destroys ecosystems, and strips  away human resources. It won't be long until the impacts are irreversible. I think it's important to cut back on AI now because we can.
