My heart aches every time I hear the name, Caylee Anthony. Casey Anthony got away with the ruthless murder of her toddler, Caylee Anthony. This injustice strikes a severe chord in me because a child was brutally taken away and justice was not served. Nevertheless, this event has been taken to a new low as Casey Anthony has turned towards TikTok to gain monetary benefits and exploit the heinous crime that took place. 

In March 2025, Anthony created a TikTok account under the handle @caseyanthony_substack, bizarrely attempting to reintroduce herself to the world. For those unaware, significant evidence pointed towards Anthony’s threatening behaviour. In the month her daughter went missing, she was seen partying, getting tattoos, and misled the police about it.

Her blatant lack of remorse and disregard for her actions only proves that she should not have the right to profit off a platform like TikTok. Profit that stems from exploiting the delicate and tragic loss of an innocent child. This merely adds insult to injury and serves as a grim reminder of the mishandling of this case.

To safeguard the integrity of TikTok, its community, and more importantly to honor Caylee Anthony's memory, I urge everyone to join in requesting TikTok, Inc. to ban Casey Anthony from monetizing and exploiting this platform. It is time to take a stand against any and all forms of exploitation, particularly those tragically rooted in the death of an innocent child. Please sign this petition and help us make TikTok a safer space, free from individuals such as Casey Anthony.
