We believe in the power of social platforms to aid positivity and truth - but equally, we are alarmed by the platform it provides to certain individuals, such as Casey Anthony, whose tarnished reputation continues to resonate within our society.

The case of Caylee Anthony, a 2-year old girl found dead in 2008, still haunts millions globally. Her mother, Casey Anthony, was shockingly acquitted of first-degree murder charges in 2011, leaving the public bewildered and dismayed. Furthermore, it is disconcerting to see Casey Anthony navigating these platforms freely, suggestive of a normal life which many feel she does not rightfully deserve. This is a cause for concern as it may be suggestive to impressionable users that grave actions can be effaced by time and the mundane routine of social media posts.

The purpose of this petition is to convey the collective voice of those seeking justice for Caylee Anthony. We demand that all major social media platforms ban Casey Anthony from their services. Excluding her from these platforms won't completely right the wrongs of the past, but it will ensure that her presence doesn't continue to cause psychological distress to many who believe in the cause of justice.
