I am sure there are a lot of people who are tired and fed up with people who are up to no good, like criminals and recklessly riding individuals on e-bikes, wearing balaclavas in public. It's baffling to see people with their faces completely covered in hot weather, making it difficult for law-abiding citizens to feel safe and at ease. Balaclavas, which were once primarily used for sports and extreme weather conditions, are now being misused by individuals who want to conceal their identities for unlawful purposes.

It's alarming to observe a growing trend where these headgear are becoming commonplace in public spaces, posing a risk to our communities. It gives an easy mask for those involved in illegal activities, making it challenging for authorities to identify and apprehend them.
