This petition is deeply personal because the internet was supposed to have eradicated this menace decades ago. Child Pornography (CP), including the portrayal of underage fictional characters in explicit scenarios, has infested platforms like Rule34, Luscious, e621, and many others. There seems to be a mistaken belief that only Dark Web hosts such content, when in reality it is spreading like wildfire across the entire internet.

A particularly insidious aspect of this situation is the existence of artists who openly produce and distribute these obscene illustrations, presumably because it's a source of income. These so-called artists, whom I have labeled as "PEDO-ARTISTS", need to face the reality of their actions and the harm they are causing.

Of significant concern as well is the surge of AI-generated explicit content featuring minors. This type of material, often difficult to track and monitor due to its digital origin, must be included in any comprehensive ban on Child Pornography.

According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, in 2019 alone, they received more than 69.1 million reports related to Child Sexual Abuse Material and online enticement, a clear testimony to the sobering scale of this issue (NCMEC, 2020). We need to ramp up our efforts against all forms of Child Pornography, including those involving fictional underage characters, whether they are drawn or AI-generated.

A blanket ban on all forms of Child Pornography on the internet is not just a necessity - it's an urgent matter of safeguarding the innocence of children everywhere, real or fictional.
