Friday 1st September my son left his home to go play football he didn’t even get further than the gate before he suffered a terrible incident 

He was hit by a person on a electric scooter knocked on conscious for near 10minutes... they didn’t even have the heart to stop and call for help they just continue as if he didn’t matter. 

We got lucky that he came round and went back in house for help and suffered cuts and bruises. 

There needs to be tougher laws on these things and the police need to take these accidents more seriously! Next time it may be a younger child or a elderly person
