Petition to Remove 4D Modding from Farming Simulator Modhub and Prohibit Them from Publishing Further Mods

Dear GIANTS Software,

I am writing this petition on behalf of the Farming Simulator community to bring to your attention a matter of utmost concern and urgency. We, as members of the Farming Simulator community, request that immediate action be taken against 4D Modding for their unjust actions and unacceptable behavior towards fellow community members.

It has come to our attention that 4D Modding has filed unjust copyright claims against LooneyFarmGuy, a respected member of our community. These claims not only have the potential to damage LooneyFarmGuy's reputation but also jeopardize his YouTube channel, which serves as a valuable resource and entertainment platform for Farming Simulator enthusiasts. This unfounded attack on a fellow community member’s work and character is deeply disturbing and goes against the principles of fair competition, mutual respect, and collaboration that our community upholds.

Furthermore, it has been brought to our attention that 4D Modding sent LooneyFarmGuy a personal email, laced with obscene language and derogatory remarks. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable and has no place within our community or any platform associated with Farming Simulator.

In light of these actions, we, the undersigned members of the Farming Simulator community, demand the following actions be taken:

1. Immediate removal of all 4D Modding mods from the Farming Simulator modhub: The presence of their mods on the modhub undermines the spirit of collaboration and fair play that the community values. Removing their mods will send a strong message that such behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Prohibitting of 4D Modding from publishing any further mods in the Farming Simulator community: It is imperative that 4D Modding faces consequences for their unjust actions and disrespectful behavior. By blacklisting them, we ensure that they are held accountable for their misconduct and prevent them from causing further harm within our community.

We firmly believe that taking these actions will not only protect the reputation and well-being of LooneyFarmGuy but will also send a clear message to all modders and members of the Farming Simulator community that such behavior will not be tolerated. We strive to maintain an inclusive and respectful environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and the growth of our beloved game.

We kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and urge you to take swift and decisive action against 4D Modding.
