The Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway (NE-7) is an access-controlled highway. Between Hoskote and the Andhra Pradesh border, construction has cut off reasonable access to adjacent agricultural fields for many farmers who provided land for the project. Farmers are facing severe hardship moving tractors, farm machinery, fertilizers, and harvested produce to and from their lands. We humbly request NHAI and the Government of Karnataka to conduct a joint field inspection and provide permanent 7-metre service roads, safe underpasses, and rainwater drainage systems in accordance with technical standards .
