2nd grade teacher Carrie Maxwell must be Fired and Arrested for threatening a child and her mother. Her words "I'm going to kill you". We as a community can not stand by and allow racist teachers feel comfortable using fowl language and threatening our children. This type of behavior and conduct will not be tolerated, as we have higher expectations and want the best for the students of Bakersfield. The city is in outrage by the inexcusable actions of someone we would trust our children with.
