BackWater Reptiles has sadly become known for shipping live animals improperly leading them to die painfully and slowly. People have opened their box only to find either a dead animal or one that is suffering and about to die. Some have been lucky and either they actually live or at least for another few days. These monsters delete any negative review on their page sometimes blocking them. Their staff have also been known to be rude when questioned about the dead rotting body that they spent a lot of money on. Although we cannot have them charged we can make them come out publicly and apologize for the animals that they have wronged and finally acknowledge the damage that they have done to hundreds.
