Gary "Baba Booey" Dell'Abate threw out what is widely regarded as the worst first pitch in baseball history on May 9, 2009. This year marks the 25th anniversary of when Mr. Dell'Abate made the fatal mistake of calling "The Quick Draw McGraw Show" character "Baba Looey," "Baba Booey." The nickname has stuck throughout the years. In an attempt to commemorate all of Baba Booey's blunders over the years, the Howard Stern Show just put out a mini documentary about the dreaded first pitch. At the end of the video, Jimmy Kimmel, Dan Patrick, and Matthew Berry all pleaded for Baba Booey to try and throw the first pitch one more time. Baba Booey has said he will never throw the first pitch out ever again, but I'm hoping this petition will change his decision. Show Baba Booey that you support him, and let's help him clear his name as title holder of worst first pitch in history.
