We are a subdivision with over 22 thousand commuters a day. Prior to.the opening of Champaca Gate, all commuters went through Commerce Avenue. We had only 1 exit thoroughfare which resulted in bad traffic and even caused deaths when ambulances were caught in traffic  at Commerce Avenue.

The opening of Champaca Gate gave residents an alternative exit and entry from the village. It is  proven beneficial for everyday life, emergencies and in case of disasters.

If  you are a resident, tenant or property owner of Ayala Alabang, please help keep Champaca Gate open and sign the petition.
