I recently had a guardianship case where I hired an attorney. I was going to pursue this case on my own but decided to get assistance. This attorney scammed me out of my money and lied to me. He did not properly prepare my case. The pain that this man caused to my family was separation between me and my child. Which also interrupted planned services for my sons growth, well-being, and his best interest. My son is special needs. That's why guardianship needed to be established. This man failed to present my case for me and sounded unprofessional while doing so in court. He made my case get dismissed. I looked like a fool having him as my attorney. My son's father probably laughed. His attorney did his job! 

My attorney gave me no explanation to his behavior. But, I did gather from him after court that, "I did not put in enough money for better representation." I gave him what he asked. I feel if he wasn't unable to properly represent me. He should have never took my case or money. 

I would like to start some type of foundation/ organization to support other parents/mothers in the same fight. That is having troubles on this  journey; because of unfair individuals in our justice system. This organization/foundation needs to address the emotional part of this. As a mother that has went through this. It takes a toll on you emotionally and physically and sometimes spiritually! This is not a fun journey. Definitely not fun without proper supports.

I would like the foundation to consist of ...Proper counseling advice,  financial assts for individuals that are employed and have some financial barriers. This organization is for individuals truly trying to have their family back together. That was neglected in the court system and misunderstood.
