The 2021 HOA fee for Avondale residents has been raised by 31%.  Based on the HOA guidelines, we are required to petition the board before 1/1/2021 if we want to request a special meeting to discuss the need for the increase.  At a minimum, this meeting will add transparency to the budget, competitive bid process and help all of us to have a better understanding of our HOA's financial needs.   Per the guidelines, 25% of the residents (28) in good standing need to sign the petition for it to be valid.   

At some point in the near future, control of the HOA will be turned over to the residents.   This will be a great first step to increasing our knowledge and preparing for that transition.  

Please sign this petition by 12/28/2020.  Once we reach the required number of signatures, we will share the petition with the board and request a special meeting.  We should be able to set up a virtual meeting or conference call to ease any covid concerns and make the process convenient for everyone that is interested in participating.   Thanks.
