My name is John Whitehouse. I live in Oklahoma and was approached by AVO transportation and language solutions about taking a client of theirs to work. 

The contract they requested was for me to take a lady from a town about 45 miles away to work. I only charged 50 dollars a ride. This is a taxi service 50 dollars is cheap for 45 miles. 

I agreed to take this lady and began pumping money into this contract. I had to pay 37 dollars to my driver for each one of those rides and being how taxi services had suffered that was my money I had saved for my insurance premium when it came due again. 

Short story there I used my insurance money to take their client to work. 

When it was time to pay I couldnt get a phone call or a reply from them. A quick search reveals that I am not the only person that has been taken advantage of by this company. 

I utilized Linkedin to contact the CEO and his reply was "if they dont contact you by tuesday get back with me" Tuesday came and went. I emailed him again and then a few weeks passed and I emailed him again. No response not payment. I called their billing line goes to voicemail. 

This company is in my opinion setup just to exploit smaller companies and individuals. To profit and not pay the people that work for them. 

I would like that AVO start paying its debts or go out of business. Management is clearly unable to manage.

Even before the pandemic I was only making a few hundred dollars a month on this business. I just did the paperwork. so 3000 is a lot. 

I am out of business until I get paid.

I imagine their are others that are in a similar if not worse position. 

The services were rendered december 2020 it is now April 2022.
