Despite the fact that Avanti House School, Harrow is a Hindu Faith School, its only allocating 10 places out of 180 to Hindu Faith criteria in its admission (i.e. just 5.5% of total places).  Local Hindu community has campaigned & fought for these Avanti House schools to be opened in the Harrow area & It should be allocating more places . 

Also, criteria for other Branches of Hinuism (like - Shivism, Shakti ) should also be included in the faith based admission criteria, wherein parents who practice Hiduism & attend the temple programs (Satsangs)/ do service at Hindu temple weekly should be given separate allocation in the criteria.

Just look around and notice that other faith schools like - Christian / Catolic/ Sikh & faith schools around are prioritising most of their school places to childern of their own respective faiths.
