As per the directive of UGC, all universities and colleges are supposed to setup grievance cells which would handle student's problems regarding the payment of fee during this lock down time .They had also been requested to provide students with alternative payment options untill the situation comes to normal.
Despite this our university notify students to pay semester fees within a short period of time(30th june). Many of us are not able to pay the fee within this time period. They would also charge a late submission fee. Furthermore there are talks regarding Rs 1200 for our semester examination fee.
Atleast we want *"No late fine should be charged by the student for this semester"* so that students can pay their fees according to their possibilty and  *"Examination fee should also be reduced as the exam will be taken through online mode"*.
I urge all of you to sign this petition so that our request of "Removing the late submission fine" and "Reduction of the exam fee" will be accepted by the higher authority of our university. Thanking and looking forward to having your prompt action in this regard .
