In the last six months Seven have faced off against three former employees who have accused the network of sexual discrimination.

Former Sunrise newsreader Talitha Cummins alleges she was sacked whilst on maternity leave after more than 13 years with the network. Whilst, Adelaide reporter Amy Taeuber alleged in court documents that she was faced with a retaliatory investigation into her after she complained of harassment at the hands of Today Tonight reporter Rodney Lohse. She went on to claim her Facebook page was accessed by the network following her complaint and staff were asked to dig up dirt on her by her News Director Graham Archer.

It was a similar story for Amber Harrison, who claims she was also the victim of a retaliatory investigation into her conduct after she informed HR of her affair with Seven West Media CEO Tim Worner.

While Worner was accused of cocaine use during work hours (a claim he has not denied), having an inappropriate affair with a subordinate and using company funds for his own personal gain, he remains at the helm. It appears these actions are considered for favourably than informing senior staff of harassment and having a baby.
