Stop Billions in unpaid Corporate Tax on profits made in Australia being sent out of Australia to Off-Shore Tax Havens

Why does our government tolerate such an obvious scam and continue to allow this Scam the status of legal corporate behaviour

It is clear that any Company, Australian Based or Multi-National, that transfers large amounts of its revenue (made in Australia), to an offshore Tax Haven, is conducting barely disguised FRAUD

Many of these Multi National Companies contribute Little or Nothing to the economy in which they collect their revenue

Many invest nothing in Australia, 

Many provide little in the way of Australian Employment

Taxing rights must be shifted heavily to the place where the sales occur - not offshore to cover unreasonably inflated copyright royalties or unreasonably inflated interest on loans.

Our government seems very enthusiastic about collecting optimal tax revenue from the average Australian Worker or the many ethical Australian Companies or those citizens living in poverty.

Why does our Government demonstrate little stomach to plug the gush of capital that leaves our Country to Offshore Tax Havens.

No Australian, outside of the top richest few percent, benefit from the continuation of this LEGALIZED TAX EVASION

We demand our Government fill these loop-holes

Place limits on the acceptable maximum percentage an offshore company can charge interest on business conducted in Australia

Place limits on the reasonable licensing fees that can be sent off-shore if a company wishes to pursue revenue in Australia

Make the tax payable in the place the sale takes place.

We Australian Tax Payers will no longer be complacent in the face of Government inaction that allows this inequity to continue
