The city council called a special City Council meeting for Feb 23rd to discuss and vote on all of the new short term rental regulations. The only item on the agenda at this meeting is short term rentals so it should start right at the announced time, unlike previous meetings. Please arrive before or at 9 am. There will be no public comments at this meeting (that was taken at the previous meeting), but showing up, wearing blue, or holding a sign to show your support is critical.
