Ronald Fay, the current principal at Rangeview High School in Aurora,CO, is a very power oriented person, who treats his staff and students as if they're there to wait on him. He is attempting to phase out our business department and put more into the already fairly prominent and stable STEM program. He has intense expectations for our music program, but thinks lowly of it, and its support at RHS is appalling. The students in the top of their classes are often involved in performing arts or business, and many of them, along with their parents, are extremely unhappy with the administration, specifically Mr. Fay, and it should be thoroughly reevaluated by the district.
