Aubreigh Wyatt was a beautiful 13 year old child who was bullied until she sadly ended her life. The bullies parents protected their children even after evidence and complaints were made leading up to the death of Aubreigh. This petition will be sent to the senator of Mississippi and the White House to implement Aubreighs Law. A law that holds parents accountable for their inaction after discovering their child has been harassing, injuring or bullying another child. We have laws for cyber bullying and too many parents stand by and do nothing. We as parents, have to do better. By making parents of these bully’s accountable, charging them with criminal negligence, we set a standard to normalize consequences for actions for all. Let’s protect our children.
