Apology from Atul Agarwal (AIR 1 CA Final) for his hateful statement
Apology from Atul Agarwal (AIR 1 CA Final) for his hateful statement
The Issue
Atul Agarwal is a Chartered Accounted from Rajasthan, is a All India Rank 1 in CA Final, and also Gold Medalist in Audit and Direct Taxation. He is an Educator at Unacademy for 2+ years of teaching.
In his recently released video, he has evidently stated that in South India especially Kerala and Tamil Nadu, people who do not speak Hindi has to move out of the country, his exact words were “If you do not know Hindi then it is Shameful”. Such statements bring disrepute to the profession and its members. This faculty owes an apology for the wrong influence that he has spread and for the radical statements that were put forth.
We want him to make an apology video for his linguistic discrimination and send it across all the social media platforms. We also urge the management of unacademy to apologize and take a serious call on this issue by removing him from the faculty & share it across all the social media platforms
