Prosecute Christina Crawford For Felony Perjury

The Issue

Between the dates of October 24th, 1977 - July 13th, 1979, Christina Crawford, daughter of actress Joan Crawford, committed multiple counts of first degree felony perjury (pursuant to New York State Statute § 210.15 Perjury in the first degree) by submitting multiple sworn statements to the New York court system that Christina Crawford knew to be false. Additionally, Christina Crawford committed multiple counts of first degree felony perjury (pursuant to New York State Statute § 210.15 Perjury in the first degree) by providing multiple false testimonial statements in two court-ordered, under oath, depositions on February 9th-10th, 1978; and on October 23rd-24th, 1978).

The sworn statements in these legal documents and the two court-ordered depositions are in direct contrast to the allegations later published in Christina Crawford's memoir, "Mommie Dearest," in October 1978, and the memoir's subsequent anniversary editions.

These criminal actions are a legal injustice to Americans and a direct mockery of the New York state court system. Those who have signed herein ask you to please review these criminal offenses and prosecute Christina Crawford.
