To the Michigan Attorney General :
We are calling for a full investigation and audit of Prosecutor Tim Turkelson:

• We demand all the files that Prosecutor Turkelson has controlled since taking office be reviewed        to ensure they were handled fairly and without bias.
• A complete and detailed investigation of all emails sent and received by Mr. Turkelson on the Lapeer County taxpayers servers, searching for evidence of violations and/or crimes committed by Prosecutor Turkelson and his office.
• We demand an investigation reviewing the violations to the oath he took.
• We demand an investigation into the alleged affair between Mr. Turkelson and his office Manager on county time.
• We demand an investigation on the denial of all charges for Lapeer Schools Superintendent Matt Wandrie, for fleeing the scene of an accident. There is a conflict of interest between Mr. Turkelson, Assistant Chief Prosecutor John Miller, Lapeer County Treasurer Dana Miller (wife of John Miller), and Superintendent Wandrie
• We demand an investigation into Mr. Turkelson allowing his Chief Assistant Prosecutor to work on County time for Personal business affairs.
• We demand an investigation on the repeated denial to investigate crimes.
• We demand an investigation on Mr. Turkelsons continuous violations of attorney client privilege.
• We demand an investigation into the violation of Hon. Judge Holowka's Order in matter of Jamie Fricke
• We demand an investigation into the alleged forgery of a Letter in the Case of People v. Honorable Byron Konschuh.

We are specifically calling for charges of  public corruption.
