I will try and keep this to a minimum but I am dismayed at our justice system yet again ! 

Michael  Robert Woodfine has been found guilty at Liverpool Crown Court of the repeated rape of a 13 year old. This was due to the fact that he became aroused while observing a 13 year old exercise!.

This pathetic excuse for a man has been sentenced to 6 years in prison and will be eligible for parole after 3 years.

As he is a sex offender it is probable he will spend his years in prison with his own cell and all the mod cons that many of those in everyday life have to do without....all at the taxpayers cost!.

The young girl in question has suffered horrendous physical and mental injuries to an extent that she feels that her life is over . She has stated that she lost count in regards to the amount of times that this oxygen thief raped her ! 

This sentence given to  Mr Woodside is simply not suffice and is deemed an unduly lenient sentence.

This young girl was just starting her journey in life has had her dreams and hope stolen by a coward.

We cannot accept this lack of suitable deterent any longer and need to challenge this sentence to ensure it fits the crime.

I am sure this poor victim [who i know nothing about] would feel a tiny bit more at ease knowing her attacker would be locked up until she at least reached 30...Surely the system owes her that at the very least!.
