Subject: RE: Attention CEO - SRRC - Urgent Request for visitation and exercise - BANDIT
Dear Ms Stidworthy,
Bandit has now been held in closely confined conditions for over 69 days with no sunlight or exercise.
It is now 1 month since we were allowed to visit.
I have requested access for many weeks and also and the ability to exercise Bandit with no response except from your Lawyer who states it is not “reasonable or practicable”.
This is unlawful and not an answer as there is no excuse except ongoing punitive action against Bandits owners.
The SRRC site has an area I can utilise and I have explained that to M Williams.
This is ongoing serious cruelty and a breach of the Criminal Code Act 1899 C25 S 242.
In a Hearing on 10 November 2017 Judge Choudery of the QLD District Court advised me I am able to make a Private Complaint for this indictable offence.
