How to stop the war in Ukraine, or at least degrade the ability of the aggressor to inflict more damage to the Ukrainian people.

I would like the US and EU governments to offer asylum to Russian soldiers to give up their weapons.  

Every Russian soldier off the war zone is a gain for the freedom and democracy.
