To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this petition to shed light on a personal matter that has taken a toll on my family. Following the unexpected and untimely death of our beloved mother, a dispute has arisen within our family. Despite numerous attempts to involve my elder brother (in which dearly & truly love), had ample opportunity to demonstrate personal care for our mother during her lifetime, he has remained unresponsive. Being that this address has been my primary residence for the past 20 years, I find myself compelled to assert my lawful ownership over what is due & have earned, respectfully. 

From the beginning, I have strived to uphold the values of transparency and fairness instilled in us by our mother. Despite false accusations related to the estate, I have always been steadfast and forthcoming with any information as it was given to me and prior to our mother passing. As time progressed, my brother distanced himself from these responsibilities, leaving me no choice but to move forward proactively regarding all legal matters related to our mother's estate.

Unfortunately, we've reached an impasse at the probate level due to his refusal to provide his address. This situation is not unique; according to Georgia Probate Proceedings (2018), approximately 20% of probate cases experience similar issues due largely in part because of lack of communication or cooperation among family members.

I am not merely making an emotional claim; I possess tangible proof validating my legal ownership. This includes relevant documents and legal papers that unequivocally establish my rights over the property. This petition is not just about asserting rightful ownership; it's about preserving our mother's legacy and ensuring her wishes are respected posthumously. This petition is not just about my personal struggle; it's about upholding justice for all those who face similar challenges & changes. It's about ensuring that everyone involved in such sensitive matters acts responsibly and ethically, respectfully.
