I am sickened each day that I see or read about human beings being abusive to their pets. It seems it has become more frequent in the past months. Dogs most always are the poor, innocent victims of this consistent neglect and often terrible abuse. All creatures have a right to live in peace on this earth. We need to give a voice to these creatures that find themselves in such situations. I believe that if stronger penalties were imposed on those that take advantage of our beloved animal friends things would change. Please help protect our loving and loyal pets. Impose jail time on those who are guilty! There is no reason to be abusive to your pet, there are shelters that are available to accommodate each situation. No reason for animal abuse... Ever
