As  animal cruelty still spread society like a plague  especially in New York City I do not give no credit to NYPD for their efforts and I can say they’ve done a good job but I would not say that the civilian police force of ASPCA shouldn’t exist and also decree that I would disagree with the president of ASPCA at the time when he said that  that professional cops could do better at cracking down on animal cruelty then they good for ASPCA‘s Humane Law Enforcement Division Has gone far rescuing animals and capturing abusers plus they’ve even helped animals during 9/11  yeah and even saved many lives of animals in this process so I call upon ASPCA to bring back ASPCA Humane Law Enforcement Division
